Flooding washes dead bodies out of their graves in Kano


The people of Tundun Wada community in Nasarawa Local Government Area of Kano State have alarmed for aid as destructive flooding in their area has caused dead bodies being washed out of their graves in the community.

The residents reported that the heaven was let loose upon the community and this returned with loads of heavy downpour upon the community, that lasted from Friday to Sunday, which has caused dead bodies being washed out of their graves.

They claim they have seen human skeletons and fresh corpse floating in the cemetery since the rains started.

The community members claim this is not the first time they would be experiencing such.

The community members have appealed to the state government to address the issue immediately so as to avoid possible return of epidemic.
